Westdijk Transport were recently given a project to move four locomotives internally in Belgium.
Each locomotive arrived into the port of Antwerp via sea-vessel, craned from mafi-waggons onto specialist Westdijk trailers and transported to their destination in Belgium.
Cased Compressor Packages from Netherlands to Belgium via the UK
Westdijk successfully arranged a multi-modal delivery of two large cased Compressor Packages from Amsterdam to Antwerp with a detour to the UK for customs purposes.
Each Cased Compressor Package measured 14.31 ml x 3.36 mw x 5.77 mh and weighed 87,500 Kilos.
Westdijk Group Transforming the Transportability of Abnormal Loads
Westdijk recently completed the road transport of a heavy Transformer from Germany to Kilgallioch Wind Farm in South Ayrshire, Scotland.
Transformer dimensions measured 8.09 ml x 3.57 mw x 4.30 mh and weighing 112 tonnes.
